The ATV 32 Series drives are suitable for motors with different power levels from 0.18kW to 15kW and can be used for two types of power supplies:
200 V... 240V single phase, 0.18kW to 2.2kW (ATV 32H -- ·M2)
380 V... 500 V three-phase, 0.37kW to 15kW (ATV 32H -- ·N4)
To save space, several inverters can be installed side by side.
As standard, the ATV 32 inverter integrates the Modbus and CANopen communication protocols. It can be accessed via the RJ45 connector on the front of the inverter. To simplify the connection of the ATV 32 inverter to the CANopen machine bus, three dedicated communication cards with different connectors are available:
CANopen daisy-chain communication card with two RJ 45 connectors
CANopen communication card with 9-pin SUB-D connector
CANopen communication card with 5-pin terminal box
In addition to the Modbus and CANopen protocols accessible in standard configurations, the ATV 32 inverter can be connected to major industrial communication buses and networks by adding one of the following communication cards (optional) :
