The fault usually presents the following problems:
1. After the equipment is energized, the inverter explodes and the front circuit breaker jumps.

Why does the above phenomenon of frequency converter failure occur?

2. Frequency converter is composed of rectifier module, IGBT and electrolytic capacitor and other primary components. If the electrolytic capacitor is not energized for a long time, the electrolyte in the electrolytic capacitor will dry up, so that the capacity will decrease and the leakage will increase. In this way, when the converter is powered, the operation of the switching power supply will be abnormal or damaged. In serious cases, it will lead to the damage of the electrolytic capacitor of the main circuit, resulting in the blasting of the converter.
