Delta inverter long-term idle points for attention

After the frequency converter is used for more than half a year, if the equipment is to be run again, the chance of damage may be greatly increased because of the placing environment, the service life of the frequency converter, the load rate and other factors. The fault usually presents the following problems:
1. After the equipment is energized, the inverter explodes and the front circuit breaker jumps.
2. After startup, there is no display on the panel of frequency converter
3. The frequency converter operates normally after startup, but fails after operation
4. The frequency converter operates normally after startup, but it presents a blast machine after operation
Why does the above phenomenon of frequency converter failure occur?
1. Improper placing environment of frequency converter will lead to the above problems.
2. Frequency converter is composed of rectifier module, IGBT and electrolytic capacitor and other primary components. If the electrolytic capacitor is not energized for a long time, the electrolyte in the electrolytic capacitor will dry up, so that the capacity will decrease and the leakage will increase. In this way, when the converter is powered, the operation of the switching power supply will be abnormal or damaged. In serious cases, it will lead to the damage of the electrolytic capacitor of the main circuit, resulting in the blasting of the converter.
Why are some frequency converters still able to be used normally after being placed for a period of time?

How to guard against frequency converter power-on failure?
1, Frequency converter is not used for a long time, should be sealed in a dust-proof and moisture-proof environment, storage temperature is -25c-65c.
2. It is safer and more useful to use special equipment to charge the inverter regularly (every 3 months) and check the input and output ports. The 220 volt voltage is supplied to the 380 volt converter (110 volts is supplied to the 220 volt converter), and the voltage slowly rises from 0 volts to 220 volts. The duration is determined by the power of the converter. Then, supply 380 volts (220 volts) to the converter and look at the input voltage. Only an imbalance of +/-3% is allowed.
