1. Avoid the disturbance of Mitsubishi frequency converter

The switching power supply of some Mitsubishi frequency converter will also form a certain amount of interference. The power line and motor line are the antennas of the scrambler. Two, try not to install the frequency converter on the sensational equipment


When the Mitsubishi inverter is installed on the sensational equipment running for a period of time, the connecting screws of the main loop and the fastening screws of the module are simply loosened, and then the service life of the inverter is shortened. And when the equipment is sensational, the module of the converter is simply damaged. If the frequency converter must be installed around the sensational equipment, the connecting screws of the loop and the fastening screws of the module should be checked regularly to avoid the damage of the frequency converter due to the loosening of the screws.


Three, to have outstanding grounding wire


Factory ground wires rarely break, but when they do, Mitsubishi drives are simply burned out. Because if there is a motor leakage, and just the ground wire of the factory is broken, the strong electricity will be transfixed into the Mitsubishi frequency converter motherboard, so that the mainboard wiring end of the strong electric spark, burn out the motherboard. So, have a good grounding wire.


Four, Mitsubishi inverter input end of the air switch to pressure sensitive resistor


The quality of power supply in some enterprises is not very high. When the power supply line is faulty, the high voltage output simply burns out the Mitsubishi frequency converter and related electronic instruments. In order to solve this problem, passive maintenance method can be adopted, that is, the transducer or instrument input air switch on the pressure sensitive resistor (380V with 821K, 220V471K), when there is high voltage, pressure sensitive will short circuit, air switch trip, and then maintain the converter. It should be noted that the varistor should not be too close to the frequency converter, because when the varistor short-circuit blasting, the metal fragments will fly everywhere, and the powerful electrostatic and electromagnetic waves emitted during blasting will affect the function of the frequency converter. Therefore, it is better to put another pressure sensitive resistor outside the frequency converter.


5. Replace the Mitsubishi frequency converter motherboard


Mitsubishi frequency converter is afraid of motherboard damage, motherboard damage caused by many reasons, such as high environmental temperature, static electricity, large disturbance (such as near the contactor often action), module blasting, powerful electromagnetic wave, switching power supply problems are also simple to burn the frequency converter motherboard.
