I. Do not exceed the rated voltage value of load current during the use of OMRON relay, because if the rated voltage is too high, it may cause local short circuit between coil cores of OMRON relay and poor operation of AC operating relay. In addition, it may cause polarity errors such as relay surge absorption diode.

The phenomenon of poor insulation between outputs of OMRON relay is mainly due to the fact that the arc discharge occurring between relay contacts is distorted by the external magnetic field or the magnetic field generated by the operating coil and reaches the coil terminal, resulting in flashover. Four, secondly, for the relay to small, high sensitivity equipment requirements, for this coil core is becoming thinner and thinner. Because the relay is mounted on the printed substrate, although it has been cleaned, sometimes the concentration of ultrasonic energy into the coil core can cause wire breakage. This is the main general relay can not use water to clean dust and debris, otherwise in the use of water, will produce strong standing wave, may lead to coil core line break, so it must be confirmed.


5. With the increase of the coil temperature of the DC operating relay, the current generated is reduced (about 0.4% for every increase of 1℃), and the polarity of the reverse connected diode built-in relay is prevented. Otherwise, it may cause relay vibration to break the line, and if it is serious, it may directly burn the relay.
