The MOXA/ MOSA Industrial Ethernet Switches TN-5516A-WV-T, ToughNet TN-5500A series M12 managed industrial Ethernet switches are designed for industrial applications in harsh environments. The TN-5500A series switches are tightly and securely connected through the strong M12 connector to ensure the stable operation of network equipment without worrying about the problems caused by external interference such as vibration and shock. The TN-5500A series comes with either 8 or 16 100 Gigabit Ethernet M12 ports, including eight PoE (Power over Ethernet) ports that comply with IEEE 802.3at/af standards, two ports on the bottom for Gigabit Ethernet interfaces, and an optional bypass relay function. PoE switches can be used as power supply devices (PSE), providing up to 30 W of power per port, and are suitable for powering electrical devices that comply with IEEE 802.3at/af standards, such as IP monitoring, wireless access and IP telephony.
