First, the motor temperature is too high or the smoke motor common failure

Reasons :1. The load is too large; 2. Two-phase operation; 3. Air duct obstruction; 4. The working temperature is too high; 5. Interphase or interturn short-circuit fault of motor stator windings; 6. Motor stator winding grounding device; 7. The power supply voltage is too high or too low;

Maintenance method: 1. Ease the load or select a large space motor. 2. Eliminate air duct; 3. Adopt temperature reduction measures; 4. Check the power supply voltage at the input end with a digital multimeter and ammeter.

Second, the motor shell brings phenomenon motor failure

Cause: the winding is damp, the insulation layer is aging and embrittlement, or the transformer ground wire collids with the junction box shell.

Repair method: dry, replace winding.

Three, motor oscillation motor common failure

Reasons: 1. Motor rotor imbalance; 2. Shaft bending; 3. Unbalanced drive belt disc; 4. Uneven air gap causes unilateral magnetic pull

Maintenance method: 1. Check static and dynamic balance; 2. When the bending of the straightening shaft or the disassembling shaft is not more serious than the bending of the shaft, the car can go to 1-2 mm and then add the sleeve; 3.Calibration balance 4.Center adjustment;

Four, the current three-phase unbalanced motor common failure

Reasons: 1. Lack of power supply voltage; 2. The number of turns of the three-phase coil is different; 3. The internal wiring is incorrect.

Maintenance method: 1. Check the power supply voltage; 2. Disassemble the motor or dispose of it; 3. Correct the wiring.

Five, no-load current is too large motor common failure

Reasons: 1. Stator rotor air gap is large 2. Motor stator winding coil turns too few; 3. Improper installation

Maintenance methods: 1. Adjust and cut it 2. Fit and wind it from the beginning; 3. Install it from scratch.

Six, insulation resistance to reduce common motor failures

Reasons: 1. The stator seepage tide; 2. Too much dust; 3. Insulation layer damage; 4. Aging embrittlement of insulation layer;

Maintenance method: 1. Drainage moisture; 2. Remove dust accumulation; 3. Repair; 4. Disassemble.
