4. The input cable voltage is too high


This is very dangerous, generally produced in the three-phase four-wire system of power supply in residential buildings. Do not forcibly close the low-voltage circuit breaker, otherwise light will burn electrical appliances, heavy will cause fire.


5. The leakage circuit breaker is faulty


Check the quality of the leakage circuit breaker first. One is to check the leakage trip device, a general use of the experimental button to check, in the press of the experimental button, because I1 shunt, so that I1 and I2 are not equal, that is, phasor and not zero, therefore, leakage circuit breaker should act, trip sensitive; The second is to check whether the leakage circuit breaker can be closed in no-load state. If it cannot be closed, the leakage circuit breaker is faulty and cannot be used. It should be replaced (do not advocate self-repair).


6. The leakage circuit breaker is incorrectly connected


Check whether the phase line of a certain electrical equipment is connected to the front of the leakage circuit breaker, so that part of the load is not through the leakage circuit breaker, so that the leakage circuit breaker N line current is greater than the phase line current, so that the trip, and even can not close the gate.


7. Electrical equipment leakage

8. Connect the N wire and PE wire to the socket inversely


If the connection is reversed, zero sequence current will be formed, causing leakage circuit breaker action.


9. The N wire of a lamp in the lighting circuit is taken from the socket circuit


Modern homes are already multi-loop power supply, lighting and socket power supply, lighting circuit breaker control, socket with leakage circuit breaker control. If the N wire of an individual incandescent lamp in the lighting circuit is taken from the socket circuit, this connection forms a zero sequence current, causing the leakage circuit breaker to operate. When viewing, the socket power supply can be blocked (phase line and N line blocked together). If an incandescent lamp is not bright (after viewing the phase line is electric and there is no voltage between the phase line and neutral line), you can confirm that the N line of the lamp is taken from the socket loop. In this position, you can find the neutral line access point, wiring from scratch, you can deal with the problem.
